AV Educate is excited to announce our newest official training partnership with Millumin, a leading software platform for creative show control, interactive media playback, and projection mapping.

This collaboration is another step in our mission to partner directly with manufacturers to bring high-quality, hands-on training opportunities to the AV community. With Millumin now officially part of our education ecosystem, we’re expanding access to certified training that empowers the next generation of creative media operators.

Why Millumin?

Millumin stands at the intersection of art and technology, used around the world for interactive experiences, theater productions, and large-scale projection installations. Its intuitive interface and powerful flexibility make it a favorite among AV professionals working in immersive and dynamic environments.

With so many operators using Millumin in live event workflows, it’s critical to provide training that’s not just theoretical—but grounded in real-world application. That’s where AV Educate comes in.

AV Educate and Millumin have worked together to create an official training and certification pathway designed for the working technician. This partnership includes:

All public Millumin certification classes are hosted at our Orlando training facility, where students get access to hands-on stations, real-world gear, and direct instruction from certified operators.

What You’ll Learn

During the training, students will dive into:

• Millumin interface and media server fundamental

• Layer management

• Que based and Timeline based programming

• Projection mapping and multiscreen setup

• Interactive triggers, OSC/MIDI control, and automation

By the end of the course, students will walk away with a strong foundation in Millumin and the Certified Millumin Operator title to show for it.
