Get hands-on with the world’s most popular AVoIP protocol. This three-part Dante training series, instructed by Dante Certified Master Trainer Ed Willock, equips AV technicians and engineers with the knowledge, certification, and practical workflows to confidently design, deploy, and troubleshoot Dante audio networks for live, corporate, and broadcast events.
In partnership with Digerati Productions, this program combines official Audinate Dante certification with real-world, hands-on troubleshooting and workflow training.

Level 1 (Foundation)

Building blocks of Dante: devices, routing, clocking
Basic setup and operation for small to mid-sized systems
Official Dante Level 1 Certification assessment
Level 2 (Advanced)
Advanced routing techniques and clocking methods
Multi-switch networks, redundancy, and scalability
Multicast vs. unicast flows and their applications
Official Dante Level 2 Certification assessment
Troubleshooting & Practical Workflow
Structured troubleshooting methods for Dante networks
Identifying and resolving routing, clocking, and latency issues
Building and testing Dante networks from the ground up
Real-world workflows refined over hundreds of live events
Confidence to handle Dante problems before they happen
Prerequisites
Basic familiarity with audio and video signals and networking concepts
Computer/network experience (IP, switches, cabling)
Completion of Dante Level 1 required before Level 2
Completion of Levels 1 & 2 recommended before Troubleshooting & Practical Workflow
Students will need to bring a Laptop with an Ethernet port or an ethernet adapter
