You’ll learn how to create and manage a Run of Show (ROS), build realistic labor schedules, coordinate truck packs, organize travel and hotel logistics, and keep the entire team aligned and prepped for success. From the first client email to show strike, we’ll walk through every stage of AV event management with real-world tools and workflows used by top professionals.
We cover budgeting basics, vendor coordination, crew communication, and contingency planning because when the show hits the fan, you’re the one holding it together.
